The Executive Assistant is responsible for primary managing administrative support for the Board of Directors (Chief Financial Officer, Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operations Officer) and other executives as required. Support executive in staff capacity by handling a wide variety of situations involving administrative functions of the office. Manages executives’ calendars, meetings, travel and correspondence. Develops and prepares presentations and reports. Conducts research on a wide verity of topics and interacts with employees at all levels as well as various external stakeholders.
