About The Position

This is your chance to be on our Development team who play a large part in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our ever-growing portfolio! As an Executive Assistant reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will partner closely with senior leadership to support day-to-day operations, manage priorities, and help drive key initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Associate degree
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Eight (8) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience communicating effectively with senior executive-level leadership, and staff at all levels
  • Experience booking travel internationally and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international support

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize the inflow of information for the Executive, including email and correspondence
  • Manage the Executive's calendar, contacts, and task lists
  • Draft correspondence, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Answer and screen calls, route inquiries, and ensure clear communication
  • Liaise with internal teams (Development, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications) to support Executive's priorities
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient decision-making
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including complex domestic and international itineraries
  • Organize meetings, webinars, and conference calls, including logistics and materials
  • Prepare reports and presentations by compiling and summarizing key information
  • Conduct research and complete projects independently
  • Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes
