You will be a critical partner to the CEO, ensuring they are running at peak efficiency. As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a central role in keeping the CEO organized, informed, and prepared—acting as a trusted gatekeeper and scheduler. This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder at a high-growth startup. You’ll bring structure to the chaos of startup life, enabling the CEO to focus on what matters most.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, ideally supporting a startup CEO or senior executive
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ruthlessly organized — you anticipate needs before they arise
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with grace and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're clear, concise, and professional
  • You have good judgement, high integrity, and a low-ego, no-task-too-small mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, ensuring time is aligned to the highest priorities and enabling focus time for strategic work
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Handle travel logistics and other administrative tasks to help the CEO stay focused
  • Act as a communication bridge for the CEO, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear, concise information flow
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to stay aligned on planning priorities
