The Executive Assistant to the Provost provides high-level administrative, organizational, and project support to the College’s Chief Academic Officer. This role manages the Provost’s complex calendar, coordinates meetings and communications with internal and external partners, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations across Academic Affairs. The position requires excellent judgment, strong writing skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a central point of coordination for academic initiatives, supporting projects, events, and processes that advance the College’s mission. Responsibilities include preparing materials, tracking deadlines, maintaining records, and helping streamline workflows for the Provost and Academic Affairs leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and relationship-building.
