About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the General Counsel and CHRO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to two senior executives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across Legal and functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives
  • Experience working with confidential, sensitive, or legally privileged information
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting HR, Legal, or Compliance leadership
  • Familiarity with board governance processes
  • Experience in a fast-growing or complex corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for the CHRO and General Counsel, including scheduling internal and external meetings, and legal or HR-sensitive discussions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, expense reporting, and logistics
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external counsel, board members, and senior leaders
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with legal- and compliance-related administrative tasks, including document organization, signature tracking, and deadline monitoring
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and internal legal teams as directed by the General Counsel
  • Maintain organized filing systems for legal and HR documents, ensuring compliance with record-retention policies
  • Support CHRO with confidential meetings and materials that may be related to executive meetings, talent reviews, compensation discussions, and employee relations matters
  • Assist with preparation for board and committee meetings
  • Assist with internal departmental reporting
  • Track action items and follow up on deliverables across HR and Legal leadership teams
  • Take primary responsibility for setting up vendors and paying their invoices for services to HR & legal
  • Assist with budget tracking and adherence
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Improve administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and initiatives as needed
  • Work closely with other executive assistants and senior leaders to foster an agile, high-performance culture
