About The Position

Clipbook’s mission: reinvent how leaders listen to and engage the world. We are the vertical AI category leader for the $100 billion communications, public relations, and public affairs industries. Since 2023, we have quietly grown into the largest AI company in this segment. We are backed by leading investors - including Mark Cuban, who co-led our seed round. A bit more about us: We bootstrapped to our first million in ARR and hit profitability before raising our $3.3 million seed round last year. We’re currently growing >10% month-over-month and on track to >4x ARR this year. We’re working with 200+ clients including the Boston Consulting Group, Weber Shandwick, StockX, and dozens of government agencies across the country.

Requirements

  • Thrive in jet-fueled environments & enjoy bringing structure to the natural chaos of a startup
  • Are extremely detailed oriented and strive to never let any balls drop
  • Pride yourself on your responsiveness across every method (email, call, text, Slack)
  • Have excellent execution capability & hustle and willingness to work with a quickly growing, scrapping, and passionate startup team
  • Display strong written and verbal communication skills & are comfortable interfacing with very senior stakeholders externally
  • Are willing to roll up your sleeves to be helpful and supportive wherever possible
  • Are willing to learn rapidly (eg back office startup functions)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as mission-critical “right hand” to the CEO, managing a rapidly growing team of ~16+ staff
  • Oversight and administration of the CEO’s office across all aspects of the business (E.g. scheduling, correspondence management, client follow-ups, etc.)
  • Occasional ‘personal’ portfolio / administrative tasks as necessary
  • Support and/or own range of administrative & back-office functions, including but not limited to payroll & finance; interfacing with legal & accounting partners (e.g. lawyers, accounting, etc.); document preparation, etc. alongside CEO.
  • Manage and execute special projects on behalf of the CEO across sales, growth, client delivery, and business operations (e.g. operational support for marketing events or industry conferences)
