The Hotel Group, an affiliate of Hotel Equities, is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team while helping advance strategic initiatives, culture-building efforts, and investor engagement. The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication skills, hospitality instincts, and organizational precision, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The role supports the CEO directly while also assisting the CFO and Vice President of Operations on select priorities. This individual will serve as a connector across our organization, helping ensure alignment between internal teams, ownership groups, and our enterprise affiliate partner. Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or commercial real estate is highly valued. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.
