The Executive Assistant to the Board Liaison provides high‑level, administrative and operational support, ensuring the effective coordination, execution, and follow‑through of day-to-day operations within the executive office. This role serves as a trusted partner to the Board Liaison, managing complex schedules, travel, and special projects with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary support to the Board Liaison and ensures daily operations are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
