About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to Owner who will provide comprehensive support to the owner of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires a blend of executive administrative support, project coordination, and personal assistance, making it essential for the candidate to be adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal; adept at proofreading documents.
  • Experience with calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to the owner, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with effective phone etiquette.
  • Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
