In this fast-paced role, you’ll serve as an Executive Assistant, providing critical support to multiple U.S.-based Executives. You’ll manage a broad range of responsibilities including complex calendar coordination, domestic and international travel planning, expense reporting, and presentation preparation. Collaboration with other executive assistants will be key as you help coordinate meetings and deliverables for the senior leadership executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or specialized certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with senior executives as Executive Assistant.
  • Highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information.
  • You will be forward thinking and be able to anticipate needs with the ability to know when to be discreet.
  • Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be efficient with your time.
  • Strong executer and a true business partner to the leader(s) you are supporting.
  • Ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships across the business and be efficient with time.
  • Ability to work in office as needed by executive(s) being supported.

Responsibilities

  • Performs standard administrative duties for multiple senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement
  • Collaborate with a team of executive assistants, actively participating in team meetings and providing coverage as needed
  • Support of functional work, including procurement activities, communications, etc.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment with confidential and complex information
  • Interpret and communicate executive intent or corporate policies to other managers
