The CEO of a well- financed reinsurance firm is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is an exceptional communicator with a “high touch” support mentality. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience supporting a busy C-Suite executive and has worked as the liaison to a Board of Directors and has managed investors, preferably in the finance space. This is a local remote position, going into the downtown Boston office a few times a month or when the CEO wants to meet depending on what’s going on. About the Job: · Be the “right hand” to the CEO as a true gatekeeper, handling complex calendar management, prioritizing meetings and appointments, and handling communications on her behalf · Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, · Manage inbox and craft emails on her behalf · Prepare materials and manage all logistics for board of directors’ meetings and investor meetings · Follow-up on projects and initiatives with key internal stakeholders making sure deadlines are met and key initiatives are tracked · Expense reporting · Oversee special projects for the CEO · Some personal work; Ad hoc projects About You: · Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a busy C-Suite executive, preferably in the finance space. · Bachelor’s Degree · Experience being a liaison to a Board of Directors and investors · Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, efficiency, and impeccable attention to detail · Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Project Management skills; Excellent PowerPoint skills · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Highly resourceful, proactive, and adept at anticipating needs and providing “high touch support · Warm, poised, and professional and calm · Compensation: Base Salary plus Discretionary Bonus, comprehensive benefits package.
