Perfect Venue is leveling the playing field by offering local restaurants and venues an affordable, user-friendly, event management tool to help local them compete with big chains. This is just the start, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace that includes other event services (DJs, florists, etc). We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a true right hand to the founder at an early stage startup. This is a highly cross functional role designed for a sharp, detail oriented operator who thrives in fast moving environments and enjoys owning a wide range of responsibilities. You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution across finance, operations, HR, and special projects. This role goes far beyond calendar management. You will help shape how the company runs day to day and play a meaningful role in its growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Lead, or Chief of Staff who wants real ownership and exposure at an early stage company.
