Executive Assistant to CEO

Perfect VenueSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

Private events and catering can significantly increase restaurant and event space revenue, but many venues are stuck using outdated, error-prone manual processes - unlike the sophisticated software employed by large chains. Perfect Venue is leveling the playing field by offering local restaurants and venues an affordable, user-friendly, event management tool to help local them compete with big chains. This is just the start, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace that includes other event services (DJs, florists, etc). We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a true right hand to the founder at an early stage startup. This is a highly cross functional role designed for a sharp, detail oriented operator who thrives in fast moving environments and enjoys owning a wide range of responsibilities.
