The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Executive Office. This role serves as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Policy Council, leadership team, and community partners. The Executive Assistant manages executive communications, coordinates governance activities, and supports organizational initiatives, including board relations and strategic projects. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, independent judgment, and strong organizational and communication skills. At CPCD, we provide more than 1,100 children living in poverty, or who are challenged by special circumstances, with an early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start, and the Universal Preschool Program.
