Executive Assistant To CEO

HR ResolutionsMalvern, PA
3d$28 - $30Hybrid

About The Position

A privately owned business is seeking an experienced, highly trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Owner in both professional and limited personal capacities. This is a high-impact, high-trust role designed for someone who has done this work before and understands discretion, anticipation, and executive-level support. While the role offers flexibility, in-person presence is essential. The assistant will work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three in-person days per week. This position is intended to create continuity, clarity, and ease for the Owner across both business and personal responsibilities. This is not a creative or technical role and is not intended as a stepping stone into another discipline. It is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys being right-hand support, thrives on organization, and takes pride in protecting someone else’s time, attention, and mental load.

  • Serve as a point of continuity during the Owner’s absence, ensuring communications, schedules, and priorities remain organized and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist with internal scheduling, communications, and logistics as requested
  • Provide occasional support related to internal initiatives, without assuming people management or HR responsibilities
