Executive Assistant to CBO (leave coverage, 6-month contract) Operate with urgency and clarity —move quickly without compromising quality, prioritize ruthlessly, and act as a force multiplier to bring high-value partnerships to life, including managing complex executive calendars, preparing leaders for meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on decisions and action items. Partner closely with leaders to help execute their vision , ensuring they have the information, resources, and support needed to succeed by anticipating needs, coordinating communications, drafting materials, and serving as a trusted point of contact across internal and external stakeholders. Lead and support ad-hoc projects with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to drive meaningful outcomes, from scoping and coordination through execution, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables. Bring a strong operational focus and collaborative approach , tracking issues and driving alignment across teams and functions by organizing workflows, maintaining documentation, monitoring priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
