About The Position

Sacred Heart Schools is seeking a full-time, twelve-month Executive Assistant to Advancement effective immediately. This position provides assistance and clerical support to all areas within the Advancement Department and attends to alumnae/ni, donor, and parents needs as they arise. The Executive Assistant to Advancement answers the phone and welcomes visitors, prepares correspondence and printed materials for events and mailings, assists with budget, tracks expenses, maintains a calendar of events/appointments, arranges travel and donor visits, prepares reports, and other duties as needed. Sacred Heart Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees working at least 30 hours per week, which includes a 50% tuition discount at all four campus schools.   • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
