About The Position

Porsche Beaverton, part of the Sunset Imports family, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support both Porsche Beaverton and Audi Beaverton, while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and employees. This is a high-visibility role combining weekend front-of-house responsibilities with weekday administrative support across two luxury brands. This role is based on-site, where daily in-person engagement is a key part of the work. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is polished with clients, operationally sharp, and enjoys being a reliable, trusted support partner in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication with a polished demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to lift/move supplies up to 20 lbs
  • Positive attitude and strong service orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Google Workspace familiarity is a plus
  • Automotive, luxury retail, or corporate experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across both Porsche Beaverton and Audi Beaverton, with balanced focus and coordination
  • Support marketing execution, internal communications, and operational follow-through
  • Assist with event logistics, campaigns, and brand initiatives for both dealerships
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
  • Maintain organization of files, documents, and shared operational resources
  • Support dealership leadership and department teams with accuracy, discretion, and consistency
  • Greet all clients promptly and professionally, creating a strong first impression
  • Determine the nature of each visit, escort clients to the appropriate department, and introduce them to team members
  • Offer refreshments and follow up with waiting guests
  • Introduce clients to available or requested Sales Specialists
  • Answer incoming calls and route calls appropriately or take thorough, accurate messages
  • Complete service follow-up calls as assigned
  • Maintain café and coffee stations; ensure refreshments are stocked in lounges and breakrooms
  • Support ongoing maintenance of client-facing areas
