About The Position

The company is redefining responsible innovation with its AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, which unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows to prevent data misuse at scale. The role is for an Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support to the Senior Vice President, Go To Market Strategy and Operations. This position requires the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion, handle pressure, and manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

  • 5+ years’ experience in executive administrative assistance, project or program management or other relevant experience

  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
  • Composed, confident, and articulate when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • IT literate and tech-savvy

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations a plus

Responsibilities

  • Business meeting planning, organizing logistics in various locations
  • Plan and execute on SVP team events
  • Complex calendar management - setting up both internal and external meetings
  • Composing and preparing both public and confidential correspondence
  • Creating executive presentations and other types of leadership documentation
  • Program management for x-functional programs within our team
  • Taking on special projects as needed
