About The Position

We are seeking a diligent new teammate to join IST Management as Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the CEO. This individual will work on-site directly with our CEO and executive assistant team as a leader and communication specialist to help organize and execute event planning, including large-scale calendar management and frequent complex international and domestic travel arrangements. The EA/PA will also perform errands around the Atlanta metro and Fayetteville, GA areas, and administrative work. To qualify for this role, you'll need 2+ years experience in events/travel as an Executive Assistant. Experience as a certified Travel Agent is a huge plus! Candidates will be supremely reliable and detail oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy working independently. Bilingual Spanish speaking also a plus. ScheduleWhile this role will generally fall within regular business hours Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM, flexibility in daily work schedules may be necessary due to departmental workload requirements and event planning responsibilities. Flexibility includes ability to work remotely when needed, during occasional weekends or events, at an event site, and regularly from our office location in East Atlanta. The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will need to monitor communications diligently during all peak hours. This is an on-site position. Requirements

  • To qualify for this role, you'll need 2+ years experience in events/travel as an Executive Assistant.
  • Candidates will be supremely reliable and detail oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy working independently.
  • Computer savvy - working knowledge of Microsoft Office Windows environment - including fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint suite applications is required
  • Impeccable communication skills - including grammar and punctuation - are essential and required
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work proactively without being instructed
  • Ability to meet flexibility in schedule and monitoring of communication outside of regular work hours
  • Within commuting distance of corporate office in Atlanta, GA - ability to maintain full time office presence as well as off-site presence when required
  • High school diploma or GED and authorization to work for any employer in the US
  • Ability to sit for extended periods; ability to lift 50lbs on occasion

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a certified Travel Agent is a huge plus!
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking also a plus.
