We’re hiring a dynamic Executive Assistant & Office Community Manager who will be the backbone of executive support and the driving force behind our Boston office experience. This role supports our Executive Leadership Team and creates an office environment that’s both functional and magnetic — giving people a reason to come in, connect, collaborate, and do their best work every day. You’ll be part partner, part organizer, part office ambassador — someone who executes operational excellence and builds a sense of community and belonging within our South Boston Office. This is a mostly in-person role based in our Boston office, some flexibility will be permitted but availability in-office Monday-Thursday most weeks will be required. Additionally, this role supports a leadership team that doesn’t always keep 9-to-5 hours.
