This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their impact behind the scenes and who also has knowledge of Marketing Operations and experience supporting Marketing leaders. If you’re a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant who wants to support Marketing Leadership while growing your Marketing Operations skill set, this might be the role for you. You will play a critical role by supporting multiple Marketing VPs, managing priorities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational excellence across their teams. You will gain hands-on exposure to Marketing Operations, internal and external communications, and cross-functional partnerships, while building your career as a trusted strategic partner at the heart of a high-performing team. Your ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing workplace will be key to your success in this role. This is a Hybrid position located in our Frisco, TX office. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to the Frisco, TX office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time About the role: · Act as critical connector between Marketing leadership, internal teams, and external partners – building trust, clarity, and credibility across stakeholders · Partner with CMO’s Executive Assistant to ensure seamless operations across Marketing teams · Create, update, and format presentations and documents for Marketing Leadership · Organize Team All Hands: pull together content, coordinate speakers, and ensure smooth, high-quality experience · Support projects and operational processes that keep teams running efficiently · Manage timelines and tracking deliverables on key Marketing projects and initiatives – surfacing updates, risks, and next steps with velocity · Occasionally provide on-site support for offsites and meetings in Frisco, TX office · Manage complex calendars with agility, precision, and flexibility · Prepare expense reports in line with company policies · Coordinate complex and time-sensitive travel arrangements (itineraries, agendas, and logistics) · Ensure Marketing leadership schedules are aligned, respected, and optimized for impact · Research, prioritize, and follow up on sensitive or confidential issues addressed to Marketing Leadership; determine best course of action or response · Maintain a pulse on the team environment and surface key insights to leadership
