Requirements

  • Logistical Precision: A proven track record of managing complex travel and calendars.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of G-Suite, Slack, and expense management software (e.g., Concur).
  • Professionalism: Ability to interface with senior executives and external partners with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar and travel management: Manage high-volume meeting requests and resolve conflicts with minimal oversight. Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including visas, flights, and detailed "trip books" for domestic and international travel.
  • Meeting Logistics & Documentation: Secure conference rooms, coordinate AV requirements, and manage catering for departmental meetings. Distribute meeting agendas and handle the physical/digital filing of risk-related documentation.
  • Departmental coordination: Maintain accurate organizational charts and email distribution lists. Oversee seating assignments and office supplies for the Risk floor. Act as the primary liaison for facilities and IT troubleshooting for the SVP.
  • Event Execution: Manage the 'boots on the ground' logistics for team-building events, holiday parties, and departmental offsites, including venue sourcing, contract signatures, and onsite point-of-contact duties.
