About The Position

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Investor Relations and select senior leaders within the Finance organization. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to leadership and plays a key role in coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders The position involves regular interaction with Key’s Executive Leadership Team, the CEO’s Office, and external investors and analysts. Success in this role depends on strong relationship skills, accountability, and the ability to anticipate needs. Flexibility is important, as the role may require availability to support time-sensitive requests outside of standard business hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a professional or corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with executive leadership and external audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative and sound judgment
  • Strong project coordination and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the Head of Investor Relations and, as needed, other senior Finance leaders, exercising discretion and independent judgment
  • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize competing requests, and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and investor-related engagements
  • Maintain a centralized master calendar to track reporting timelines, key meetings, and deliverables, proactively managing follow-ups to ensure commitments, approvals, and requests move forward on schedule
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for senior leaders, including investor-related travel involving the CEO and CFO, working closely with Executive Leadership offices and Corporate Aviation
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports; oversee accurate and timely processing of third-party vendor invoices
  • Serve as an administrative delegate within internal systems and tools, including Workday, ServiceNow, IdentityIQ, RightCrowd, and related platforms, supporting approvals, access requests, and compliance-related workflows
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors, ensuring smooth transitions and appropriate system access
  • Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives, contributing to process improvements and increased operational efficiency
  • Draft responses to correspondence on behalf of leadership or route inquiries appropriately, using sound judgment and awareness of priorities
  • Plan and manage logistics for team meetings, presentations, and investor events, ensuring a professional and seamless executive experience
  • Coordinate with technology and support teams to address system access, equipment, and troubleshooting needs, ensuring minimal disruption to executive and team workflows
  • Manage routine office and administrative supply needs, exercising judgment around ordering, inventory, and vendor coordination to support executive and team operations
  • Provide responsive, professional support to internal partners and external stakeholders, including investors and analysts
