We are looking for an Executive Assistant II - III to be the CEO’s "right-hand," providing high-level executive and company-wide administrative support. As the Executive Assistant, you will be deeply integrated into the executive operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of problem-solving, professionalism, and absolute confidentiality, coupled with a willingness to go above and beyond.

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of demonstrated Senior Executive Support experience in a medium to large company.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and a proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Unwavering professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality are paramount.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to effectively utilize Google Suite, a working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and demonstrated AI proficiency are highly desirable.
  • Creative problem-solving and practical time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly managing the CEO's dynamic calendar, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Organizing and coordinating high-level meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up.
  • Efficiently handling all domestic and international travel logistics and processing detailed expense reports.
  • Providing company-wide administrative support, including handling sensitive materials and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Serving as a confidential, highly organized, and efficient team player who can effectively work with all levels of employees, clients, and partners.
