Supports President and VP-level executives. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staff's schedules. Arranges in-person and virtual meetings, maintains hard and soft-copy records which may involve proprietary information, maintains office supplies and coordinates/makes travel arrangements. Provides general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing and data entry. Some project coordinator responsibilities.
