About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support Intelligence & Cyber (I&C) SVP of Growth and select members of the leadership team. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support—it requires a strategic partner who anticipates needs, drives follow-through, and brings structure, momentum, and clarity to a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment. The ideal candidate is confident, decisive, highly organized, and thrives on ownership. You will be trusted with sensitive information, complex priorities, and broad visibility across the business. Anticipating needs, proactively resolving issue, supporting process improvement, and bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic environment are key attributes desired.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or 10 years’ experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a federal contracting or government services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance with Poly.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience supporting C-suite, President or SVP-level executives.
  • Active security clearance with Poly.
  • Project coordination or program support experience.
  • Event coordination experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Manage complex, dynamic Leadership calendars involving cross-department scheduling and multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on priorities, deadlines and last-minute changes, and ensure follow-up and execution on tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and refine materials for leadership meetings, client engagements, board updates, and internal reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership;
  • Format and edit basic correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate all aspects of Leadership travel, including itineraries, schedules, accommodations, and logistics and create expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Organize and support executive meetings/briefings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support key team activities and events (such as all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies and social events) by arranging and reserving conference rooms, catering, audio/visuals, and other essential services as required.
  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems, records, and documentation, including posting and maintaining files on SharePoint.
  • Support sales cadence activities (pipeline reviews, forecasts, QBRs, client meetings) and ensure materials and data are accurate and timely
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination for hires and leadership transitions.
