The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to a C‑Suite executive, operating with a strong understanding of executive priorities, leadership expectations, and organizational objectives. This role requires anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and proactively managing information, priorities, and communications to ensure the executive remains focused on the highest-impact work. The successful candidate will function as an extension of the executive, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strategic awareness in all interactions. In addition, this role partners closely with other C‑Suite Executive Assistants to support effective coordination across the First Team. The Executive Assistant contributes to a highly collaborative executive support team by aligning calendars and priorities, sharing information appropriately, and supporting enterprise-level initiatives that require cross-functional planning, communication, and execution.
