About The Position

Executive Assistant to the C-Suite Location: Moorpark, CA (On-site) Be the Force Behind the Leadership Team We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Operating Officer and broader C-suite. This is not a traditional admin role, this is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on keeping senior leaders focused, prepared, and operating at their best. If you’re someone who anticipates needs before they’re spoken, brings order to complexity, and takes pride in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Own Keep Leaders Focused & Effective Own and manage complex, ever-changing executive calendars with precision Act as a true gatekeeper—prioritizing what matters most and protecting executive time Stay ten steps ahead, anticipating needs and solving problems before they surface Drive Communication & Follow-Through Manage executive inboxes—prioritizing, drafting responses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Track key priorities, action items, and follow-ups across leadership Elevate Meetings & Materials Prepare executives for success—build agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure meetings run smoothly Create polished, executive-level presentations and decks that tell a clear story Run Point on Travel & Events Plan and execute seamless domestic and international travel Coordinate high-impact meetings, offsites, and leadership events Be a Trusted Partner Build strong relationships across the organization to keep priorities moving Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-suite level
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail—you don’t let things slip
  • Strong business judgment and the confidence to prioritize on behalf of executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint/Slides)
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked, you anticipate
