We’re looking for a high-energy Executive Assistant Intern to work side-by-side with our CEO and leadership team. This is not just coffee runs and scheduling — you’ll be helping drive business development, research, and strategy initiatives that directly impact our growth. This internship runs for 6 months and may lead to full-time employment based on performance, fit, and business needs.

Requirements

A student or recent grad in Business, Marketing, Communication, or another field you think makes you qualified for this position.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
Tech-savvy and ready to learn new tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Curious, ambitious, and excited to contribute.

Responsibilities

Get your hands on real-world projects that will stretch your skills.
Attend strategy sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Track leads, business development progress, and project outcomes.
Strengthen our digital presence.
General administrative duties.
Community outreach.
Assist with events at different locations. Capture photos and video content during events for use across social media platforms.
Conduct research on potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
Help create presentations, proposals, and reports for key meetings.
