About The Position
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist in building a pavement maintenance franchise throughout Southeastern MA & Cape Cod. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside a team of seasoned professionals and to participate directly in the growth of a small business. Company Overview EverLine Coatings and Services is the premier line painting and pavement maintenance company with locations across the US and Canada. We are a franchisee startup in Southeastern MA & Cape Cod finishing up our first year in business. We provide high-quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, garages, and warehouses. Our clients are typically commercial property managers and real estate owners. We intend to dominate an industry that is historically highly-fragmented and lacking in technology, making it ripe for disruption. Job Summary You will play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts, overseeing our direct outreach campaigns to target customers as well as our brand messaging efforts on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be high-energy and have a general understanding of revenue generation activities. You will have the ability to grow alongside the business, and potentially have an opportunity to assume a full-time role as we scale the business across our territories.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our direct mail and email campaigns
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate follow-ups and appointment setting
- Manage social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Manage marketing materials procurement, inventory, and resource allocation
- Collect data and track metrics related to productivity and conversion targets
- Communicate progress daily with ownership
