Performs diverse and confidential administrative duties, frequently requiring oral and written communications in English and Spanish. Screens telephone calls and receives direct visitors. Schedules and maintains a calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Draft outlines and track Projects for the teams.
