ITility is seeking an experienced Executive and Mission Support Task Lead. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position will be onsite at the Client location in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. Manages Executive & Mission Support Team in support of ODNI Senior Executives and Directorate, Center and Office (D/C/O) Leadership.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance and an Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years’ experience in Executive Administration or related role. BBA or MBA is preferred.
  • 15 years’ experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Ten plus years of experience supporting C-Suite and other U.S. government civilian and military executives at the Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS), Senior Executive Service (SES) and/or General/Flag Officer level including experience supervising dispersed executive administrative teams.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate professionally, effectively and appropriately with senior-level government professionals and other executive staff.
  • Superb judgment and discretion
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, travel plans and visitors’ arrangements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including writing, reading, editing, drafting email correspondence, and verbal presentations.
  • Expert level experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and oversee an Executive and Mission Support team to facilitate and support efforts and objectives of D/C/O executive staff
  • Provide comprehensive executive and mission support services to facilitate the effective collaboration, integration and execution of administrative and operational functions.
  • Will be exceptionally skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, allocating and optimizing resources, and managing timelines.
  • Collaborate with D/C/O Executive Leaders, Senior Staff and host client partners to optimize and integrate Executive and Mission Support Operations best practices in support of client organizational goals.
  • Coordinate multiple lines of effort across multiple locations to ensure effective and continued executive staff operations and management.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by coordinating executive support, operational planning and documentation in accordance with organizational guidance to ensure senior leadership priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality across all assigned responsibilities.
  • Build and sustain strong and collaborative relationships with client, stakeholder and interagency partners across Executive and Mission Support Operations and other integrative operations.
  • Provide teams with the training, guidance, and resources needed to foster and sustain collaborative relationships, strengthen task competencies, and optimize productivity. Provide leadership and technical support.
