National Grid is hiring an Executive Advisor to NGV US President. This position can sit in either out Brooklyn NY, Melville NY, Hicksville NY, Beacon MA, or Waltham MA location. Job Purpose Serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier, advise and help think through major decisions, serving as a sounding board the NGV US President to maximize their effect and impact. Drive forward progress on organizational goals by following up and tracking commitments and removing obstacles that could slow down execution. Serve as a liaison between the NGV US President and the rest of the organization. Communicate decisions and priorities throughout the company and synthesize information flowing up to the NGV US President. Keep a pulse on the organization: identify issues early, understand the cross-functional dynamics and help the NGV US President stay connected to what’s happening across the company. Develop strong relationships across National Grid and the NGV US and UK business, serving as a visible point of contact for employees, and feeding back insight and understanding of the needs of the business to the NGV US President

Requirements
