About The Position

The Executive Advisor & OPS Support SME in direct support for DoW at the General Officer, Senior Executive Service (SES), and GS 215/O-6 levels. This role requires seasoned judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within highly sensitive national security environments. In this capacity, you will contribute to strengthening national security outcomes by providing authoritative insight and trusted counsel to senior leaders navigating complex challenges and making high-impact decisions.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years senior-level executive support experience.
  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
  • 8 –12 years of experience supporting SES/Flag-level or OSD/SOF leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce senior-ready decision products.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive-writing skills.
  • Understanding of strategic-level DoW/IC operations.
  • Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Shaping enterprise-level strategies
  • Advising on complex operational matters and RDT&E priorities
  • Assessing strategic and operational risks
  • Influencing the development of policy and national security objectives
  • Representing senior leadership in executive-level forums
  • Overseeing the development and refinement of strategic documentation
  • Ensuring that intelligence insights, operational realities, and warfighter needs are effectively integrated into policy, planning, and execution
