Maintain continuous Nevada survey readiness
Hold teams accountable
Protect margins
Elevate the client experience
Grow referral relationships

Requirements

• Qualification to serve as Nevada Home Care Administrator
• 3–5+ years healthcare management experience
• Strong working knowledge of NRS/NAC home care regulations
• Experience leading staff and managing performance
• Financial and operational oversight experience
• Executive presence and professional communication

Nice To Haves

• Private-pay or concierge healthcare experience strongly preferred
