Our Home Care Services team, is currently seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable person to join us as our Home Care Administrator. As the Home Care Administrator you will manage the In-Home Care Services department that serves residents of Touchmark’s campus. This role is responsible for organizing and managing the department’s on-going functions, reviewing and revising written and current policies and procedures necessary to direct the administrative, personnel, and client care and services provided by the department, and ensuring the provision of safe and appropriate services in accordance with written service plans. This person also oversees administrative and supervisory functions for the department, as well as the department budget and revenue, and will work closely with our community’s Transitions Team, Resident and Health Services teams, and the sales team to ensure residents receive the support they need for their overall safety, care, and life enrichment. Salary range: 70,000/yr - 90,000/yr depending on experience, plus performance based incentive plans, quarterly company bonus, full benefits, paid time off, retirement plans with company match and more. We are a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week operating community. This leadership position is scheduled for a traditional 40-50 hour work week, but schedule changes and flexing availability, including on-call responsibilities to accommodate resident and team needs, can be frequent. Position & Educational Requirements: Associates degree and 4+ years of management experience in a Home Care Agency, is preferred; OR High School diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 2 years of proven management experience in a health-related field or program; Experience in health field or program may substitute for education; Current Oregon Driver’s license The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers Have the knowledge required to conduct initial evaluations of each client and to complete service plans for clients and process according to regulations Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Be proficient with computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Be a professional leader, able to guide and support a team of compassionate caregivers Work well and collaborate with other community leaders in order to achieve the highest level of care for residents Senior living and/or health care management experience preferred
