Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience (7–10 years preferred)
  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and acts decisively
  • Adaptable and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering accurate work without follow-up

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, anticipate conflicts, and adjust quickly to changes
  • Monitor deadlines, flag potential issues early, and ensure priorities are met
  • Prepare reports, handle data entry, and manage invoices and expense reports
  • Arrange business travel and organize offsite meetings and workshops
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and slide decks
  • Support broader leadership team and cross-functional initiatives as the role evolves
