GFT is seeking a Exectutive Administrative Assistant to join our Team in Raleigh, NC! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Raleigh office. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, travel & meetings schedules, and coordinate logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and support high-profile events, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Monitor and manage expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
