About The Position

As an Executive Administrative Assistant , you will provide advanced support to senior executive staff while ensuring professional execution of administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication , and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams , Slack, Zoom).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management , and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support strategic initiatives by organizing information, tracking deliverables, and assisting with project coordination.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative and logistical issues.
  • Assist with event planning, meeting logistics , and document preparation.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile executive expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
