Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer This is a high-impact executive partnership supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and advancing key priorities across the organization. This role is designed for an experienced professional ready to operate at a high level of trust, ownership, and influence. We’re looking for someone who operates with urgency, discretion, and foresight—someone who sees around corners, anticipates needs, and ensures critical initiatives move forward. In this role, you will serve as a strategic right hand, bringing clarity, organization, and momentum to complex work and helping translate vision into execution. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proven ability to drive execution and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Participate in leadership work sessions.
  • Capture ideas, synthesize discussions, and translate vision into action steps.
  • Help move strategy from conversation to execution.
  • Own recurring leadership processes and tracking systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and operational rhythm.
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through across teams.
  • Create visibility and accountability for key initiatives.
  • Drive work forward without needing constant direction.
  • Review, prioritize, and manage incoming communications.
  • Draft executive-level emails, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Ensure the right stakeholders have the right information at the right time.
  • Manage the executive calendar as a strategic asset.
  • Prioritize time against organizational goals.
  • Anticipate conflicts and proactively protect focus time.
