The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support specifically an executive. They will require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. The responsibilities will include collection and preparation of information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. In addition, the assistant will prepare presentation materials for board of director or investor meetings. The assistant makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. This high-level position requires a strategic thinker with impeccable discretion, superior organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional, adept at managing complex situations and interfacing with all levels within the organization.
