Responsible for handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, the Executive Assistant will also support HR-related processes, maintain accurate records in HRIS systems, and facilitate compliance documentation. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging technology to streamline workflows, and proactively addressing administrative challenges are key components of this role.
