To deliver on the Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) vision, we operate at the intersection of business and technology to build software products and capabilities that advance Credit and Fraud Risk at American Express. We partner closely with risk leaders and engineering teams to translate outcomes into clear priorities, align across dependencies, and drive execution at scale—solving complex problems that matter to our customers and the business. The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in enabling this work by providing high-impact administrative and organizational support to leadership and helping to foster a positive, well-run team environment. This role is a key member of the RPDS Product Development organization, supporting the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the leadership team. The successful candidate will be a highly proactive professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
