Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role provides high-level administrative and operational support to a fast-paced global Sales organization. The individual will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and will need to display a high degree of discretion, integrity, and know how to balance urgent requests with thoughtfulness. The successful individual will bring a positive and can-do attitude and flexibility to the work environment and demonstrate the ability to work with professionalism and courtesy with all levels of internal management, employees, vendors, partners, and external contacts.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience required
  • Highly organized, analytical, flexible with shifting priorities and able to always exercise strong judgment
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of personalities
  • High level of integrity and discretion in all aspects of your job
  • Technical competency to review and edit documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendars, schedules, appointments, and required travel for VP of Sales and Sales leadership team, as well as coordinating logistics (e.g., meeting room preparation, presentation, catering, travel accommodations, etc.).
  • Assist with preparation of professional presentations for a variety of internal and external meetings.
  • Manage, reconcile, and complete expense reports, process invoices and as well as process and manage purchase/procurement requisitions.
  • Support weekly/monthly sales cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews)
  • Track key deliverables and follow-ups from leadership meetings
  • Serve as a helpful knowledge base for staff within the department, especially for process and procedures, and provide assistance in a hands-on and proactive manner.
  • Liaise effectively with Executive Assistant counterparts and build strong working relationships with a wide range of company stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive business and customer information
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively remove roadblocks
  • Support ad hoc projects tied to revenue initiatives and strategic priorities
