Your role as a Exchange & AD Administrator As an Exchange & Active Directory Administrator at NCS Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our Exchange and Active Directory infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include administering user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions, as well as overseeing hybrid Exchange configurations and Microsoft 365 identity services. You will monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve email delivery and authentication problems, ensuring that our messaging and identity systems are secure, reliable, and fully operational. Additionally, you will perform essential system maintenance and automation tasks such as patch management, PowerShell scripting, and conducting access reviews, all while supporting cloud and infrastructure improvements across our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role is vital for ensuring uninterrupted communication and collaboration within our organization. Would you be a great Exchange & AD Administrator ? To excel as an Exchange & Active Directory Administrator at NCS Technologies, Inc., candidates should possess a robust set of skills and experience with essential software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online and Exchange Server 2019 is critical, along with a strong understanding of hybrid Exchange architecture. Candidates must be adept in WSUS administration and patch lifecycle management, while experience with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Data Protection Management will be advantageous. Expertise in PowerShell scripting and Windows Server administration (Windows OS 2022, 2019, and 2016) is also essential. A solid grasp of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy will be necessary for effective identity and access management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks, as well as Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and Endpoint Manager, will equip candidates to uphold the integrity and security of our systems. Additionally, experience with ITIL principles will support our commitment to operational excellence and service delivery.
