About The Position

The EVV Analyst is responsible for analyzing, auditing, and optimizing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role partners cross-functionally with clinical, operations, payroll, and billing teams to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements related to visit verification. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys digging into details, identifying trends, and improving systems that support high-quality, compliant patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, or home health
• Experience with EVV systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare data systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools preferred
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Home health or hospice experience
• Knowledge of EVV regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting payroll, billing, or revenue cycle processes
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Analyze EVV data to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks
• Audit visit records for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve EVV discrepancies, including missed or incomplete visits
• Develop and maintain EVV-related reports and dashboards (productivity, compliance, exceptions)
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership to improve EVV workflows and adoption
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visit verification and staff compliance
• Support system enhancements, implementations, and data integrity initiatives
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Assist in developing and delivering training based on identified trends and gaps
• Maintain knowledge of EVV regulations and ensure ongoing compliance
