The EVP, Decisioning will build and lead a cross-disciplinary team. help unify these teams, supporting greater thought leadership, efficiencies, strategic direction, and alignment across the agency. We are a department undergoing great growth in both client portfolio as well as client impact. Our simple focus is leveraging people and tools to turn data into an asset for Decisioning across the full media/marketing landscape driving towards business outcomes. Working closely with the executive leadership team, the clients, and the agency leads on each client within a portfolio to be the industry-leading voice of innovation and application of data, building and leading teams of incredible talent, and continually delivering for our world-class roster of clients. The EVP has extensive experience in identifying solutions in sprawling media marketplace - across all aspects of the media landscape, but that is only the beginning. What's more, the EVP will apply their business mindset to convert into strategic opportunities for our client, both at the point of initiation as well as throughout the lifecycle of the work in-market. Leading a team of data strategists, scientist and engineers, they will help to ensure the (a) the proper strategy and plan of leveraging data for decisioning, (b) leverage the strategy and toolset to understand the clients' audience and competitive opportunities, (c) create a technical and strategic foundation to ensure the fidelity and actionability of in-market measurement and reporting, and (d) grow and develop the team and talent required to bring this all together…all in partnership with their agency leads/partners. The EVP is both an expert in the state of the marketplace today and connected to the data/measurement/technology industry with an eye on evolving our relationship for the future. This role is a crucial collaborative partner to our strategy, audience science, media tools, ad tech, data, digital, and operational teams across the agency. Our ideal candidate will have a background in advertising media measurement, ad-tech/martech and exposure to addressable identity solutions. In addition, the candidate will have knowledge of People-Based Marketing, Audience insights and analytics, brand research, and measurement across personalization & segmentation, all broadcast and digital media, database, and web analytics, as well as testing methods. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with ad operations teams, a strong quantitative background with working knowledge of new data set identification and onboarding. This person should also possess the expertise required to lead and continue building an innovative team, as well as the confidence to work with our internal executive team and senior clients. At the same time, the ideal candidate will also possess a capability and desire to lean in opportunistically to new business pursuits with strong capacity to create and deliver a narrative to potential clients.
