Our 10-week summer internship program provides an opportunity to gain new skills at an organization transforming the industry. Interns support projects that deliver real impact and provide real value to our organization. Interns participate in various professional development and networking activities throughout the summer. The anticipated summer internship start date is June 1, 2026.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or a related field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship
  • Proficiency in MS-365 suite of products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Events team with tasks for all events including creating and updating event playbooks and event recap decks.
  • Opening POs, submitting invoices of vendors to finance and other admin tasks.
  • Sit in on meetings and take notes with event team and other channels in preparation for events: Brand, Social, IT, CRM and website.
  • Potential site visits and event load-in assistance.
  • Update event calendar and event tracking documents.
  • Order event assets, ship event assets, update event inventory documents.
  • Aggregation of event KPI metrics from field team members and agency partners
  • Liaise with IT to secure additional hardware and conduct on-site connectivity testing.
