The Event Specialist plays a critical role in executing Voyager’s presence across high-visibility trade shows, conferences, customer engagements, events and executive programs. This position ensures that every single event reflects Voyager’s brand, supports strategic business objectives and delivers a seamless, high-quality experience for customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Working as part of the Communications and Marketing team, the Event Specialist manages the end-to-end planning process, from early requirements gathering and venue research to on-site coordination, executive support, and post-event reporting. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
