About The Position

Genesis House is an immersive luxury destination that blends Korean culture with the Genesis brand, engaging all five senses across three thoughtfully curated venues. At the heart of Genesis House is Son-nim, a Korean philosophy centered on treating every guest as an honored visitor—with warmth, respect, and gracious hospitality at every touchpoint. The Executive Producer leads all event programming and daily operations at Genesis House, ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining alignment with brand standards, operational excellence, and financial performance. The Executive Producer oversees Associate Producers, the Facilities Manager, and the AV Technical Manager, ensuring strong coordination across production, building operations, and technical execution. This role also serves as a key client liaison and partners closely with the Account Director and General Manager on strategy, budgeting, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in event production, hospitality, building operations, or experiential environments.
  • Proven ability to manage events of varying scale in high-expectation settings.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation experience.
  • Experience overseeing facilities, technical production, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event production across all programming, from planning through post-event closeout.
  • Manage and mentor Associate Producers across events of varying scale.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with creative and brand standards.
  • Review and approve production plans, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Maintain consistent operational and production standards across all activations.
  • Oversee the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the venue.
  • Maintain the property to premium standards across aesthetics, safety, and functionality.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery of all building services, including housekeeping, engineering, HVAC, security, and utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and internal standards.
  • Provide strategic oversight of AV and technical production to ensure brand-aligned execution.
  • Maintain accountability for system performance, production quality, and guest experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of technical infrastructure and capabilities.
  • Oversee budgets across events and facility operations.
  • Review and approve estimates, vendor proposals, and cost reports.
  • Ensure all projects remain within approved budgets.
  • Manage forecasting, accruals, and financial tracking in partnership with leadership.
  • Identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and expenses.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and production partners.
  • Define scopes of work, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Monitor vendor performance across quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Maintain preferred vendor relationships and enforce performance standards.
  • Resolve vendor issues quickly to avoid disruption to operations or events.
  • Serve as a senior client liaison in partnership with the Account Director and General Manager.
  • Align client expectations with operational execution.
  • Translate client objectives into clear production and operational plans.
  • Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
